🎬 Prologue

A student walks onto the stage, holding the vinyl sleeve of Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. He opens the sleeve so the audience can clearly see which album it is. He carefully takes out the record and places it on a turntable set up on stage. He starts the device and plays the record. The song Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band begins to play.

🎵 Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band — The Beatles

It was twenty years ago today,
Sergeant Pepper taught the band to play.
They’ve been going in and out of style,
But they’re guaranteed to raise a smile.
So may I introduce to you the act you’ve known for all these years?
Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band.

After the first 20 seconds of the song, the big screen is slowly raised, revealing the elementary school choir. The choir begins to sing the chorus of the song:

We’re Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band,
We hope you will enjoy the show,
Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band,
Sit back and let the evening go.
Sergeant Pepper’s lonely,
Sgt. Pepper’s lonely,
Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band.

It’s wonderful to be here.
It’s certainly a thrill.
You’re such a lovely audience,
We’d like to take you home with us.
We’d love to take you home.

As the big screen is lowered, the students go sit in the auditorium. This part of the song is sung by a soloist dressed as a rock’n’roll singer.

I don’t really want to stop the show,
But I thought you might like to know
That the singer’s gonna sing a song
And he wants you all to sing along.
So let me introduce to you,
The one and only Billy Shears,
And Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band.

The spinning vinyl on screen slowly transforms into a time-rewinding spiral, set to the rhythm of On the Run, unveiling snapshots of our students in action—from this fall, through the summer, all the way back to last year's gala. Then, the clip shows someone casting a bottle to the sea. Suddenly, four elementary school students are swept into the swirling spiral and transported to a mysterious, shadowy land. Each one carries a glow stick to be seen in the dark.

PART ONE: HERE COMES THE SUN

John: Oh! It's dark in here...
Paul: Dark as can be!
Ringo: Getting up every morning since kindergarten; going to school, making your bed, breakfast, doing the dishes, studying, working... only to end up in a black hole.
George: What a miserable life!
Scarecrow: Tell me about it.
The Fab Four: What? Who said that?
Paul: Hey dude! Was it you?
Ringo: You?
George: You?
John: You?
Scarecrow: Miserable as a kid at a broccoli buffet. (He turns on a floor lamp.)
Paul: Who are you?
Scarecrow: I am… I don’t think I have a name, but you can call me Scarecrow. The problem is I cannot scare a crow. I’m a total failure!
Ringo: I have a slight feeling of déjà vu.
George: Same. I feel like I’ve been here before.
Scarecrow: Yeah! They all say that… Except that visitors like you used to be named Dorothy.
John: Dorothy? What happened to her?
Scarecrow: I don't know. But I don't believe it. I have a feeling she never went back to Kansas. Some say she got lost at sea on a deserted island. And considering global warming and rising sea levels, I'd say it's one minute to midnight.
Paul: Maybe we could help her.
Ringo: Could we?
George: Let's go rescue Dorothy!
Scarecrow: You won’t help me do that, will you?
The Fab Four: Sure!
Scarecrow: (He stands up, grabs the floor lamp, and starts walking) Lion and Tinman are sure to help.
The Fab Four: Tinman, Lion… What has become of ’em?
Scarecrow: I heard that Tinman found true love. He always carried his heart in his hand. As for the lion, he finally found his courage. Word is, he started his own business and now sails the seas as a merchant navy captain. — Come on, let’s go get them!
(After a few steps, he suddenly stops.)
Scarecrow: I’m afraid we can't go any further.
John: Why is that?
Scarecrow: The lamp... It will be unplugged if I take one more step. And it will be dark again — possibly forever.
Paul: Oh! But we can help with that problem.
Scarecrow: Can you?
Ringo: As it happens, we're quite resourceful.
George: (to John) Do you have the sun switch?
John: (He pulls a massive electric switch from his bag.) Here comes the sun! (He turns it on.)

As Here Comes the Sun plays, a sunrise unfolds on the giant screen, bathing the stage in warm light. The chorus sings along, filling the air with melody. The singers stand up to face the parents.

🎵 Here comes the sun — The Beatles

Here comes the sun, doo-doo-doo
Here comes the sun
And I say, "It's all right"
Little darlin'
It's been a long, cold, lonely winter
Little darlin'
It feels like years since it's been here
Here comes the sun, doo-doo-do
Here comes the sun
And I say, "It's all right"
Little darlin'
The smile's returning to the faces
Little darlin'
It seems like years since it's been here
Here comes the sun
Here comes the sun
And I say, "It's all right"
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes

During the karaoke song finale, the choir children move onto the stage where they sit in clusters to represent a strawberry field.

PART TWO: STRAWBERRY FIELDS FOREVER

Paul: Oh! App… Strawberries! Oh!
Ringo: But, it should be apples?
George: Where are the apples?
Apple tree (1): You’ve arrived too early…
Apple tree (2): Or too late…
Apple tree (1): It’s not the season.
Apple tree (2): Anyway… Come back later! Unless you prefer strawberries?
John: We do love apples. But… time is running out.
Scarecrow: Right! Gotta save Dorothy.
Apple tree (1): Dorothy?
Apple tree (2): Isn't she back in Kansas?
Scarecrow: Some say she slid down the rainbow and was supposed to land in Kansas but an earthquake occurred which changed the rainbow landslide position.
Apple tree (1): Oh! How sad. But maybe Tinman could help you.
Scarecrow: Maybe. Where is he?
Apple tree (2): Looks like we’ve got a problem. He ain’t here no more.
Apple tree (1): Once he got a heart, he found true love.
Apple tree (2): A girl called Lucy.
Paul: And where can we find them?
Ringo: Yeah! Where?
Apple tree: Rumor has it they bought a mansion in the sky.
George: In the sky? How can we get there?
Apple tree (1): If you ask us, we won’t say a word.
Apple tree (2): But you might try asking the strawberries.
Apple tree (1): Not that you heard that from us.

Scarecrow and the Beatles (to the strawberries): Where do Tinman and Lucy live?

🎵 All you need is love — The Beatles

Love, love, love

Love, love, love

Love is all you need (love is all you need)

PART THREE: LUCY IN THE SKY

As the song fades, each actor receives a heart-shaped helium balloon, gently lifting them toward Tinman and Lucy’s mansion in the sky. The strawberries quietly return to their places. A clip of Lucy in the Sky begins to play on the giant screen. After 30 seconds, the screen rises to reveal a chorus of Lucy’s angels, who join in to sing the refrain. The light from the video is projected directly onto the students, helping to create a psychedelic effect. At the two-minute mark, Lucy appears on a swing, pushed by Tinman, with clouds floating all around. After the song, the chorus goes and sits down in the auditorium.

🎵 Lucy in the sky with diamonds — The Beatles

Picture yourself in a boat on a river

With tangerine trees and marmalade skies

Somebody calls you, you answer quite slowly

A girl with kaleidoscope eyes

Cellophane flowers of yellow and green

Towering over your head

Look for the girl with the sun in her eyes

And she's gone

Lucy in the sky with diamonds

Lucy in the sky with diamonds

Lucy in the sky with diamonds, ahh

Follow her down to a bridge by a fountain

Where rocking horse people eat marshmallow pies

Everyone smiles as you drift past the flowers

That grow so incredibly high

Newspaper taxis appear on the shore

Waiting to take you away

Climb in the back with your head in the clouds

And you're gone

Lucy in the sky with diamonds

Lucy in the sky with diamonds

Lucy in the sky with diamonds, ahh

Picture yourself on a train in a station

With plasticine porters with looking glass ties

Suddenly someone is there at the turnstile

The girl with kaleidoscope eyes

Lucy in the sky with diamonds

Lucy in the sky with diamonds

Lucy in the sky with diamonds, ahh

Lucy in the sky with diamonds

Lucy in the sky with diamonds

Lucy in the sky with diamonds, ahh

Lucy in the sky with diamonds

Lucy in the sky with diamonds

Lucy in the sky

Scarecrow : Tinman, my good old friend.
Tinman : Scarecrow, my wise old friend.
Scarecrow : I see you're living a happy life.
Tinman : I'm in heaven here with Lucy. And what's more, we're above the clouds, where it never rains.
Scarecrow : No more rust problems.
Tinman : I can see you are not alone…
John : We are on a mission.
Tinman : What mission?
Paul : To rescue Dorothy.
Tinman : Dorothy?
Ringo : She’s being held captive on a deserted island.
Tinman : Captive?
George : Yes, and time is running out.
Tinman : If I cry, I’ll rust again...
Scarecrow : Come on, Tinman, come with us!
Scarecrow and the Beatles : Come on, Tinman, come with us!
Tinman : Oh! Yes! Yes! Finally, maybe. And my Lucy?
Scarecrow : I heard her kaleidoscope eyes have some kind of magic. That might just be useful. Let her come with us!
Lucy : Field trip!
Scarecrow, Tinman and Lucy : Come on, everybody! Let’s go get the Lion!
The Beatles : But how do we get back to Earth?
Lucy : We need to build a bridge…
All the actors : A bridge?
Lucy : An elevator-bridge that will bring us all back down to solid ground.
All the actors (to the audience) : We are all sure you probably can tell what is coming next.
Lucy (to the audience) : Everybody repeat: Biscara-biscara-bam-souya!

The song Oh Yeah! begins to play as a group of confident young men enter the stage to construct a virtual bridge.
Everyone on stage crosses the bridge.

PART FOUR : YELLOW SUBMARINE

Lion (He gives orders in Spanish to a crew of sailors) :
À vos postes, matelots ! Larguez les amarres ! ¡Izad la vela mayor! Salimos del puerto con la marea alta. Tendremos la corriente a nuestro favor.

Scarecrow : Lion, ¡veo que te has puesto a aprender español!
Lion : Sí, sí, mis viajes internacionales me obligan a ello. Mes voyages à l’international m’y obligent ! My international travels require it!
Tinman : Oh Lion! What a performer you are! But... forgive my indiscretion... you have changed a lot.
Scarecrow : Yeah! You look like a half-sized lion.
Lion : Grrrrr… I am on a diet.
Tinman : Your voice too.
The Beatles : No more time to lose! We have to help Dorothy.
Lion : Dorothy? What has become of her?
Tinman : Some say while sliding the rainbow, an earthquake occurred which changed the rainbow landslide position.
Lion : She didn’t make it to Kansas?
The Beatles : No. From a message in a bottle we discovered, she’s lost at sea, trapped on a lonely island.
Lion : Oh! And do you happen to know which island?
The Beatles : She says: on an atoll close to l’Île de la Réunion.
Lion : Consider yourselves already arrived. All aboard! ¡Marineros! ¡Avancen el submarino amarillo!

A choreography to the song Yellow Submarine is performed, and it becomes clear that all our adventurers are making their way toward the lost atoll near Réunion Island.

🎵 Yellow submarine — The Beatles

In the town where I was born
Lived a man who sailed to sea
And he told us of his life
In the land of submarines

So we sailed up to the sun
'Til we found a sea of green
And we lived beneath the waves
In our yellow submarine

We all live in a yellow submarine
Yellow submarine, yellow submarine
We all live in a yellow submarine
Yellow submarine, yellow submarine

And our friends are all aboard
Many more of them live next door
And the band begins to play...

As we live a life of ease (a life of ease)
Every one of us (every one of us)
Has all we need (has all we need)
Sky of blue (sky of blue)
And sea of green (sea of green)
In our yellow (in our yellow)
Submarine (submarine, aha)

We all live in a yellow submarine
A yellow submarine, yellow submarine
We all live in a yellow submarine
A yellow submarine, yellow submarine

All the actors : Dorothy! Dorothy? Dorothy...
A palm tree : Past the second shell on the right, you will find Dorothy sitting on the treasure chest.
The Beatles : What? Who said that?
Lucy : Looks like the palm tree did…
Tinman : Palm trees do not talk. Only apple trees do.
Scarecrow : Right!
Palm tree : I am an apple tree traveling undercover.
Lion : Oh! That explains it all.
The Beatles : Come here, fellows! Here is Dorothy.
All the other actors : Dorothy!
Lion : What are you doing here?
Scarecrow : How did you get here?
Tinman : Are you okay? Come on, stand up! Let’s go now.
Dorothy : I wish I could... but I gotta stay seated here on this treasure chest.
Everyone : Why is that?
Dorothy : The story is too long to be told. But I can assure you: Harry Potter is in great danger.
Everyone : Harry Potter?
Scarecrow : Well... it seems like the adventure is not over!
All the actors : The adventure is not over?
Palm tree : The adventure is not over... Oh Yeah!

🎬 Epilogue

The play concludes with the unveiling of our 2025–2026 Gala Trailer:
Harry Potter and the Treasure Chest.

This is followed by the show’s final song:

🎵 With a little help from my friens — The Beatles

What would you think if I sang out of tune?
Would you stand up and walk out on me?
Lend me your ears and I'll sing you a song
And I'll try not to sing out of key

Oh, I get by with a little help from my friends
Mm, I get high with a little help from my friends
Mm, gonna try with a little help from my friends

Do you need anybody?
I need somebody to love
Could it be anybody?
I want somebody to love

Would you believe in a love at first sight?
Yes, I'm certain that it happens all the time
What do you see when you turn out the light?
I can't tell you, but I know it's mine

Oh, I get by with a little help from my friends
Mm, get high with a little help from my friends
Oh, I'm gonna try with a little help from my friends

Do you need anybody?
I just need someone to love
Could it be anybody?
I want somebody to love

Oh, I get by with a little help from my friends
Mm, gonna try with a little help from my friends
Oh, I get high with a little help from my friends
Yes, I get by with a little help from my friends
With a little help from my friends...
